| The licence that grants us our Power BI service (Power BI Premium P1) is expiring, which is expected due to the purchase of the new Microsoft Fabric F64 capacity. However, the purchase of this new capacity is delayed. Due to our existing capacity entering expiry, it is being throttled and refreshes and jobs are taking longer to run than usual. If you have any refreshes that are slower, please wait for them to run. If they fail, the only solution for now is to re-try them later, however those refreshes will also be slower than normal. We will have the new Fabric Capacity purchased and available before our current capacity is paused on 31st January 2026. Until then, the service will be degraded and refreshes throttled. | Medium |

| The service team discovered in early December 2025 that when using the Turnitin Paper Lookup tool, the classes with Building Block assignments (pre 2022) will show "No Result Found". This was reported to Turnitin (Case 594674) but has not yet been resolved. The last update was on 23rd December 2025 that the developer had identified a fix and are testing it before deploying it to production. The same issue happened before and was resolved in August 2025. We do not know what caused it to reappear. | Low |
