| Since around late afternoon on Saturday the 22nd of August there have been prolonged delays of several hours in emails from external sources delivering to University mailboxes in Office 365. Senders are receiving notifications advising about the delay and that the delivery will continue to be retried. This is also affecting delivery to systems such as UniDesk and via the Sympa mailing list service. The issue is being investigated by Information Services with urgency. | High |

| Learn files in course content are not currently available. When users cick on the file, a message saying "Maintenance is in progress" appears. Blackboard were able to find the cause of the issue and resolve it. Testing has confirmed that files are accessible once again. | Medium |

| Due to an ongoing incident the Blogs.ed service will remain unavailable until IS are confident the service is safe and secure. We cannot provide a specific date for restoration, but we are working urgently to resolve this. Users will not be able to access the service during this time. We will update this service alert accordingly. User with account have been updated on the 21st August via email. The blogs and learn user groups have been updated on the 21st August with further information. | High |

| Users of Chrome 32-bit are unable to use "Share Application/Screen" in Collaborate. The user sharing the content will be able to see it but participants in the session will see a black screen. Users of Chrome 64-bit are not affected. Workaround: Other supported browsers are not affected by this issue so we recommend switching to Edge (Firefox is not supported by Collaborate) until further notice. | Medium |
