UPDATE - Capacity restarted at 11:30am and throttling issue has subsided. Reports can be viewed again as normal. We will use monitoring tools in the coming days to view the impact and on going usage as it builds up again after the restart. Our Power BI Capacity is currently throttling with users receiving the error message when trying to load reports / models: "Unable to load model due to reaching capacity limits. Unable to open this report because your organization's compute capacity has exceeded its limits. Try again later." We are monitoring what is running currently to cause the throttling issue and have taken steps to reduce the refreshes and will continue to monitor and pause refreshes where we can.Low

77 days, 4 hours, 3 minutes
Degraded Service
  • Collaborate
Users of Chrome 32-bit are unable to use "Share Application/Screen" in Collaborate. The user sharing the content will be able to see it but participants in the session will see a black screen. Users of Chrome 64-bit are not affected. Workaround: Other supported browsers are not affected by this issue so we recommend switching to Edge (Firefox is not supported by Collaborate) until further notice.Medium
Collaborate session and recording issuesWed 06-May-26, 09:00
- Ongoing
104 days, 7 hours, 3 minutes
Degraded Service
  • Collaborate
Update: Collaborate have deployed a release on 14 May which appears to have resolved in-session issues with screen sharing and camera feeds - however, recordings continue to contain errors, with camera feeds freezing and a blank screen seen in some circumstances. We are investigating various issues with Collaborate. -During the session, camera feeds may randomly freeze. -During the session, a shared screen may show to other users as a black screen. -Collaborate recordings may not render/play back correctly. Users may find there is a black screen where there should be a camera feed displayed, or a camera feed may freeze randomly. Other users have reported that PowerPoint presentations are rendering as a white screen. We are working with the vendor to resolve these issues.Medium
