The licence that grants us our Power BI service (Power BI Premium P1) is expiring, which is expected due to the purchase of the new Microsoft Fabric F64 capacity. However, the purchase of this new capacity is delayed. Due to our existing capacity entering expiry, it is being throttled and refreshes and jobs are taking longer to run than usual. If you have any refreshes that are slower, please wait for them to run. If they fail, the only solution for now is to re-try them later, however those refreshes will also be slower than normal. We will have the new Fabric Capacity purchased and available before our current capacity is paused on 31st January 2026. Until then, the service will be degraded and refreshes throttled.Medium

Turnitin announced Accessibility Improvements rollout on March 20th 2026 - 'Customers may notice small changes to parts of the platform, including website workflows and the classic Standard Assignment experience. These updates are designed to improve navigation, usability, and overall accessibility for all users.' Datastore annual Software update will include the following parts: Update all System to the latest OS level patches (Rocky 8,10.x); Update IBM Spectrum Storage (GPFS) to the latest support version 5.2.3.x; Update CTDB/Samba to the latest version of 4.23.x; Updating GPFS filesystems to the latest version (Optional and prevent a rollback to older version, can be also done at a later point). The backend storage servers should be considered AT RISK for the whole day on 13/14th April, then on the 20th CAHSS will have an outage, 21st SG and CSCE, 22nd CVMV and IGMM. There will be a 15min outage from 12pm, but the service should be considered AT RISK 10-2pm.Medium

Users of the Turnitin integration in ATLAS may find that submissions are not being sent to Turnitin. The user will see an error message stating "There was a problem sending your submission to Turnitin. The size of your file might be too large." It appears the Turnitin setting "Anonymous Marking" being checked in the ATLAS assignment settings may be causing this behaviour. PebblePad and Turnitin are investigating the issue.Low

EUGEX Materialised View Rebuild - This is for fixing error in the EUGEX Refresh process as per I260416-1296 There is no real downtime involved for this task . The EUGEX refresh jobs will need to be disabled for the duration and certain other views/materialised views/packages might give errors until they are recompiled at the end and the Job will be re-enabled.Low
