  • Adobe applications
Our Adobe license renewal is currently in progress and we have entered the 7 day grace period from 2nd September. What does this mean: Adobe will alert all users that their license has expired, but the users will still be able to use the software during the grace period. Will users’ lose data: No, this is a warning message. How will we know if everything is OK? The warning message will disappear once the contract renews. New users can't currently be added until the renewal has completed.Low

Collaborate screen sharing not working in Chrome (32-bit)Tue 02-Jun-26, 12:00
- Ongoing
94 days, 22 hours, 5 minutes
Degraded Service
  • Collaborate
Users of Chrome 32-bit are unable to use "Share Application/Screen" in Collaborate. The user sharing the content will be able to see it but participants in the session will see a black screen. Users of Chrome 64-bit are not affected. Workaround: Other supported browsers are not affected by this issue so we recommend switching to Edge (Firefox is not supported by Collaborate) until further notice.Medium
