Eddie login node login04 will be patched at 12pm on Thursday 14th September; this patch requires a reboot. Users connected to login04 at the time of reboot will be disconnected from login04, and any qlogin sessions or ssh sessions established from login04 will also drop. The reboot will take up to 10 minutes. Users trying to connect to Eddie during the reboot may find that they can't connect, even though login03 will still be available; in this case, please wait a few minutes and try again. Users connected to login03 will be unaffected. Queued and running batch jobs will also be unaffected. ECDF apologise for the interruption to service. |
