Users are unable to connect to EUCLID Web - Cause not clear, but likely caused due to load balancer work around this time
UPDATE - EUCLID is now Available - but remains at risk until the root cause of the issue today is established.
The EUCLID Database has been restarted all sessions have been refreshed.
Investigation is still ongoing for the cause.
