We have been alerted that some users who have created a Playlist within a Channel on Media Hopper Create are seeing an Error message when trying to go back to their My Channels page, or when trying to load the Channel page. We have raised this with the supplier who are currently investigating. This entry will be updated as soon as we have further information. UPDATE AT 13:15 The supplier for Media Hopper Create have resolved this issue, so any users who were having trouble accessing their My Channels page, or seeing an error when accessing a Channel, should now be able to do so successfully. We will continue to monitor this through the day. UPDATE AT 23:15 This issue has reoccurred, with some users seeing an error message when trying to view their My Channels page, or accessing a Channel’s content. The supplier are currently investigating, and we will update this entry when we have more information. If you experience this issue, please contact IS Helpline. UPDATE AT 8:30 6/8/2020 The supplier have been working through the night to resolve this issue, and have now a fix has been put in place. We will continue to monitor this closely. Unplanned

We have been alerted by the supplier that there may currently be intermittent issues either logging in to Media Hopper Create, or uploading content to the service. When trying to upload a file, you may be shown a message saying 'Oops! Entry could not be created', and the upload will fail. The supplier are working to resolve this issue, and we will continue to monitor the situation and update this entry once we have further information. UPDATE AT 14:15 3/8/2020 The supplier have deployed a fix for this issue, so content uploads should complete correctly again now, and all users should be able to login. We will continue to monitor the service throughout the day and will update this alert if there are any further issues. Unplanned
