Choose from the following options to create a New Alert
- Planned alert form - for events where dates have been agreed in advance - 2 weeks notice standard.
- Unplanned or Short Notice alert form
- for events happening in the next 48hrs (Short notice will have been agreed with the customer) or events which have already happened.
