Intermittent reports about call quality when using Teams from an on-campus wired network. There are several routes where comms are subject to being blocked which have been identified and the team are looking at options to unblock those routes to help optimise comms over the networks.

Impact is sporadic and varied. Efforts are being taken to optimise all routes for comms traffic over the network.
