Description
There have been reports of some improvement following actions taken so far to help mitigate the issues. Efforts are now focused on remedial actions to fix local client network configurations. Background Report - Intermittent reports about the drop in call quality when using Teams from an on-campus wired network. There are several routing points where outbound media traffic is subject to being blocked and those have been identified as the root of the low performance reports. This includes local client network configurations and so the team are looking at options to unblock these routes.
